Operational, office and welfare areas
The specification can consider agreed warehouse floors, accessible aisles, pedestrian routes, team cabins, offices, kitchens, washrooms and shared staff facilities. Loading or goods-in areas can be discussed where operations, surface condition and access make the work suitable.
Logistics buildings can remain active for long hours. Shift patterns, vehicle movements, deliveries, restricted areas and site-security procedures need to be understood before a schedule is proposed. The business should identify the available cleaning windows and responsibility for controlling access to operational areas.
Floor-cleaning limitations
No single machine or process is promised for every Magna Park warehouse. Floor material, racking, stored stock, obstacles, contamination and available space influence the appropriate approach. Hazardous spills, specialist coatings, repairs and technically controlled cleaning require separate assessment and should not be assumed within a routine warehouse specification.
