Areas that can be considered
Subject to the premises and agreed specification, a commercial deep clean can consider offices, meeting rooms, kitchens, staff areas, washrooms, reception spaces, warehouse offices and circulation areas. Floors, accessible edges, skirtings, furniture surfaces, fittings and other agreed touchpoints may be included where suitable.
Some requirements need separate confirmation. High-level work, hazardous contamination, specialist restoration, production equipment and tasks requiring unusual access should never be assumed to form part of a general commercial deep clean. They should be identified during the initial discussion so that HP Cleaning can confirm whether the work is appropriate and state any limitations in writing.
Planned rather than generic
A useful specification distinguishes between routine cleaning, periodic attention and one-off corrective work. It should also identify restricted areas, working hours, access contacts and any surfaces that require particular care. This makes the proposed clean easier to manage and avoids relying on an unclear promise to “clean everything”.
